Autumn Azalea Hess gained her wings on June 20, 2024. She was born June 16, 2024 at 24 weeks and 6 days. She defeated the odds after her Mommy’s water broke at 22 weeks and was told there was no hope. Autumn and her Mommy fought in the hospital for 3 weeks until she was born after viability and was given a chance at life. Her life was unexpectedly cut short after 4 days fighting in the NICU. She was a NICU baby warrior and captured the hearts of not only her family, but all of the nurses. She is a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin. 

Autumn is survived by her Mommy Tiffanie Michelle Hess and her Daddy Russell Grant Hess. Big brother Grant Aiden Hess, Grandmother (Grey) Sylvia Hess, Grandfather (PaPaw) Russell Hess, Uncle Darin Hess, Aunt Juliet Hess, Cousin Victoria Hess and Great Uncle Lance Cockcroft. 

Autumn is preceded in death by her big sister, Astaria (Starry) Louise Hess.

Autumn will forever be remembered for her fierce spirit and immense strength. Forever Our Baby 💕 You will never be forgotten our miracle girl.

Autumn’s Memorial and Celebration of Life will begin at 3:00 pm July 19, 2024 at 5555 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.
