Barbara Theresa Peattie

Barbara Peattie , Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York; moved to California late 1952 or early 1953 after marrying her first husband (Linda’s dad). During her child bearing years Barbara had 5 children; part of her work history included working for the Federal Reserve in downtown Los Angeles, then Bank of America for many years , then was chief teller for First Interstate Bank in Van Nuys for many years..after leaving the banking industry, Barbara secured a job as an office worker for Nordskog Industries (makers of galleys & kitchen systems for airlines). Barbara eventually moved to Las Vegas where she worked for The Sands, & Bellagio casinos as a change person & at the airport in a couple of gift shops. She loved country music and was a staunch Dallas Cowboys fan for many years. Barbara survived by 3 daughters, 9 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.

Died February 27 2025 at 5:45 am in Las Vegas, Nevada
