Dr. Craig Daniel Reeves, a beloved husband, father, brother, friend and business colleague.
Passed on May 13 th, 2024, he was 73 years young.
Craig is survived by his wife and soul mate Cindy Reeves, his stepson Wes Schultz, his brother Dr. Michael Reeves, and his niece Danielle Reeves-Gose, her husband Daniel and his nephews Sammie and Wes Gose.
Predeceased was his Mother Dr. Anna Louise Reeves (Brown), his father Douglas Reeves, his stepmother Ginger Reeves, his sister-in-law Trudy Reeves and his uncle Robert John Brown.
Craig was born in Glendale, Ca in October 1950 to Douglas Reeves and Dr. Anna Louise Reeves (Brown).
He graduated from Crescenta Valley High School in 1968. Received his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine DC, from Southern California University of Health Sciences, Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1978.
Craig served in the United States Air Force, during the Vietnam War. May 1970-June 1974. He was based in Ubon, Thailand, where he worked on the F4 Phantom planes.
After the Airforce, he joined the Aero Squadron, where he rescued people in the mountains and desert, surrounding Las Vegas and Southern California
Dr. Anna Reeves, Dr. Craig Reeves and Dr. Michael Reeves, opened their own family Chiropractic office in Los Angeles, CA. Then they moved their business to Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Craig Reeves was a Chiropractor for 31 years, He retired in 2009.
Craig loved to build, he built his first boat at age 16 and enjoyed it at the lake.
He went on to build an experimental airplane and took his first flight in his Dragon Fly March 2, 1991. He then got his commercial license to fly 737.
Craig's Hobbies
Uncle Robert Brown worked with Craig and inspired him to build model airplanes at a early age. Craig went on to build Radio Controlled airplanes, helicopters and drones.
Corvette Club- Vegas Vetters
Kayak Club, he built his own Kayaks
Glass Artist at Farmer Markets and Trade Shows. He taught how to blow glass.
Won 1st place at Art in the park in Boulder City, NV
Built his own home and swimming pools
He worked Frightdone and Frightride as a supervisor, building mazes for Halloween season, then worked as a VIP guide during haunt season, to take people through them. When the season was over would do tear down, for 8 years.
Loved James Bond Movies
Was an animal lover of his dogs, cats, fish, sugar glider, koi, tortoises
Craig loved life and lived each and every minute of it. He was outgoing and charismatic. He would tackle any project, with a smile on his face. No bad days. He loved to help people and loved to socialize and have a Martini with friends and people he met.
Always a fun person to be around and you would learn something new from him.
Craig had a saying. It's Normal till its not.
He will be deeply missed, that beautiful smile, forever in our Hearts.
