Dennis Lee Edwards

Dennis Edwards, 78, a beloved family man and cherished friend, was called to his eternal resting place on March 15, 2025. Born on October 15, 1946, in Quincy, Illinois, he was the son of Roy and Roberta Edwards.

Dennis married LeAnn Edwards in 1971, and their union lasted until 1996. He leaves behind a loving family that includes his daughter, Susan Edwards; his granddaughter, Maria Edwards; and his brother, Bruce Edwards. He is also remembered fondly by his niece, Marybeth Edwards, and his nephews, Gary Edwards and David Edwards.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dewayne and Devin Edwards.

A proud member of the United States Coast Guard, Dennis served our country from April 1966 to January 1970. His spirit and love will forever be treasured by all who knew him.
