In Loving Memory of

Justin Keith Fulgencio Cabigas

April 28, 1994 – September 13, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Justin Keith Fulgencio Cabigas, 32, of Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 13th, 2026.

Justin was born on April 28, 1994, in Delano, California, to Evangelyn Cabigas and the late Rizzeldeen Cabigas Sr.

Justin was a loving son, brother, uncle, grandson, and friend. Gentle in spirit and full of laughter, he brought warmth and joy to those around him. Affectionately remembered as a “Gentle Giant,” Justin had a playful personality that shone especially brightly when he was with his family.

He found happiness in the simple moments he shared with the people he loved. Justin enjoyed watching cartoons with his twin brother and his nephew, Riley, playing on his tablet, and, most of all, being surrounded by family. Those everyday moments became treasured memories.

Justin was autistic, and he experienced and expressed affection in his own special way. He knew his family and knew how endlessly they loved him. His gentle presence was a reminder that love can be shared through laughter, closeness, and the comfort of being together.

Justin was preceded in death by his beloved father, Rizzeldeen Cabigas Sr, who passed away in November 2022.

He is survived by his loving mother, Evangelyn Cabigas; his eldest sister, Rizchelle Cabigas; his twin brother, Rizzeldeen Cabigas Jr; his youngest brother, Brandon Cabigas; his beloved nephew, Riley; and his grandparents, Josefina Fulgencio and Benjamin Fulgencio, along with extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

A celebration of Justin’s life will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 5555 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146.

Though his absence leaves an immeasurable space in the hearts of those who loved him, Justin’s laughter, gentle spirit, and the love he shared will never be forgotten. His family will carry his memory with them always.

Forever our Gentle Giant. Forever loved. Forever missed.
