Kay Ellen Sell

Kay Ellen Sell, age 80, departed this life on October 4, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Born on April 20, 1945, in Rockford, Illinois, to Earl and Mary Ellen Vance. She was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and proud great-grandmother whose heart was always centered around her family.

To know Kay was to know kindness, strength, and unwavering love. Her greatest joy in life was being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Whether sharing stories around the table, offering her quiet wisdom, or simply being present in the lives of those she loved, Kay created a legacy of warmth and togetherness that will live on through generations.

Kay was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Earl and Mary Ellen.

She is survived by her children: Scott (Jacquelyn), Debra (Anthony), Mark (Cindy), and Michelle (David); her cherished grandchildren: Ashley, Danielle, Tori, Darrick, Damon, Conner, Kelsey, Kenna, Jayden, and Paige; and nine adored great-grandchildren.

Though she is no longer with us, Kay’s love, laughter, and spirit will remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Final arrangements are being handled with care by Las Vegas Cremations.
