Paul was a one-of-a-kind person who left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He was funny, kind, caring, and generous, with a heart that made people feel connected to him. Paul had a natural ability to form bonds with both people and animals, and once he cared about someone, he cared deeply.

Paul was an amazing big brother and a protector of those he loved. He was strong, confident, and never one to back down from anything. He was straightforward and always true to himself. He had a way of making people laugh and bringing his own personality into everything he did.

Paul loved to cook, and his love for cooking began at a young age when he started working at his father's pizza store. Over the years, he continued to pursue his passion for food, working as a sous-chef in various restaurants. Paul always found a fun way to make food interesting. One of the memories his family will always treasure is watching him cook while pretending he was the host of his own cooking show. He would explain every step as he prepared the food, turning an ordinary meal into a performance and making everyone around him smile.

Paul loved music, especially The Doors, and was a devoted New York Giants fan. He had a special connection with people and animals and shared a particularly special bond with Amanda's dog, Alexis, who held a place in his heart.

Paul is survived by his daughter, Amanda Approbato, and her children, who were his beloved grandchildren, as well as his other children and grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Karen Approbato McConiga and Joseph J. Approbato, his brother-in-law, Chris McConiga, and his stepfather, Darryl Mack.

Paul is lovingly remembered by his nieces, Nicole, Amber, and Alexis, and his nephews, Ryley and Joey. He is also lovingly remembered by Destiny, Damian, Angela, and Don, who were very dear to him and became an important part of his life. He shared a special closeness with them that will always be cherished.

Paul is also lovingly remembered by his many cousins and numerous friends, who loved him dearly and are all hurting deeply from the loss of Paul. They will forever cherish the memories they shared with him and carry him in their hearts.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Approbato, and his mother, Joann Lamendola.
