On June 28, 1932 Smeaton Jr., was born to Smeaton Sr., and Ruth Lewis. God also gave him a great man name Elijah F. Sanders SR.
Smead married Christine Turner and moved from Arkansas to Milwaukee then to California where he worked as a crane operator, retired and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Smead leaves to cherish his memory, 4 daughters Doris, Keyonna, Tyjauna and Fantaysia, 1 son Darrell Linda (deceased) and 7 siblings: William, Elijah F. Jr., Don Harold, Jesse, Lowell Ray, Martha Lee (Deceased), Allen James (Deceased), 1 Sister-in-law Barbara, 1 Daughter-in-law Tammy, 1 Son-in-law Roderick, (17) grandchildren, (7) great grandchildren, (17) nieces and nephews and lots of cousins and other relatives and many friends.
