Steven D. Bernstein

March 3, 1951 — October 8, 2022

Las Vegas

Steven Douglas Bernstein was born March 3, 1951, to Beatrice and Sol Bernstein in the Bronx, New York at the Park East Hospital at 1:51 pm.  He spent his early years in the Bronx, but at age 10, the Bernsteins moved to Brooklyn and resided there for many years.  Steve’s childhood was full of family and friends.  He enjoyed playing baseball with his friends and he always looked forward to and enjoyed the time spent during the summer at what was referred to as “The Castle” in upstate New York. There he also forged many friendships and beautiful memories.

Steve graduated from Sheepshead Bay High School and studied at Brooklyn College.  Throughout his adult life, he worked in different types of sales and entrepreneurial efforts.

In the late 1980s, he moved to Las Vegas and continued in these areas.  In April 1990, a business trip took him to Cleveland, Ohio. It was there that he met the love of his life, Terri.

Steve enjoyed reading and spent lots of time researching topics such as politics, quantum physics, health, and many other areas. He also enjoyed going to the movies, cooking, an occasional game of video poker, and just hanging out with his wife.

Steve left this world on October 8, 2022 He is survived by his wife Terri, brother Jerry and sister-in-law Shelley, sister Bonnie and brother-in-law Michael (aka “ Sweet Mickey Tri”), niece Dana and her husband Todd, nephew Harry and his wife Janet, and a host of other family members and friends who were just like family. We all miss him so very much.
